She's named along with Steve McCurry, the NatGeo photographer who took the iconic Afghan girl photo.

The slogan was created by advertising firm BBDO Guerrero|Proximity Philippines and according to DOT Secretary Ramon "Mon" Jimenez Jr., the slogan answers the fundamental question, 'Why the Philippines?'."
